Ticking Minute - Content Update 2

Hello everyone! This update adds some new stuff :>

Changelog:

• NEW WEAPON! Added the Grenade Launcher, with an extremely low range but a devastating AOE!
• POWER UP! Added the first (and probably last) Power Up! The Shield will protect you from up to 3 enemy bullets!
• NERFS! I'm very sorry but I had to nerf the Shotgun by A LOT, its range is now much lower than before, same goes for the bullet spread;
